I am proud to support my friend Rosey Manhas for SD43 School Trustee. Having volunteered with Rosey for years on DPAC43, I’ve seen her passion and integrity in action.

Rosey’s leadership is defined by her unique ability to truly listen and respond to the needs of SD43 parents. Since joining the board, she has hit the ground running, quickly earning the respect of her peers and was recently promoted to Vice Chair. Her transition from a dedicated parent advocate to an effective trustee has been seamless, and her commitment to improving student outcomes is inspiring. We need her continued leadership on the board for many years to come.

Rosey is dedicated to improving Coquitlam schools. She’s listened to parents and brought forward their concerns to SD43 as well as strongly advocated for more Burke Mountain schools. As part of the Board, she’s worked with all levels of government to bring forward successful capital projects, like the approval for Hazel Trembath Elementary. Over her last year in the school board she has shown thoughtful care for students, parents, and staff. Her experience will make her an effective voice for families on the Coquitlam School Board.
