This site is intended for British Columbia residents who are 17 years of age or older.

We may collect the following personal information:
- Donations: Your name, address, email and payment details.
- Get Involved: Your name, address and contact information.
- Contact Form: Your name, email address and any information you provide.
- Voting Reminders: Your email address and mobile number.
2. How Your Information is Used
Your personal information is used to:
- Process and acknowledge donations.
- Fulfill sign requests.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Provide updates on the campaign, including newsletters and events.
- Send voting reminders.
3. Sharing of Information
We will only share personal information:
- With Elections BC: Donor information, as required under the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act.
- With Service Providers: WPForms and All in One SEO plugins on our WordPress website may process information to manage forms and optimize campaign outreach. Stripe is used to process credit and debit card donations. Twilio is used for text messaging. Action Network is used for bulk emails.
- As required under British Columbia legislation.
4. Consent
By providing your personal information through our website, you consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the purposes stated in this notice. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, using the unsubscribe link on bulk emails or replying STOP to an SMS conversation.
5. Retention of Information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal obligations. This includes between election campaigns.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Under BC PIPA, you have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information.
- Correct any inaccuracies in your information.
- Withdraw your consent for future use of your information.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our campaign is not directed at individuals under the age of 17, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below. We will take steps to delete such information promptly.
